The One Behind the Camera


I'm an artist based in New Palestine, Indiana. I have been capturing memories through my photography for 8 years. When I'm not behind the lens, you can find me spending time with my hubby and 4 kids. We love to travel and explore new places together. Hiking and being outdoors is how we love to spend our free days. In the evening we love a good movie and popcorn. Friday nights you can find us enjoying family game night. Usually a chaotic game of hide and go seek or a very aggressive game of hungry hungry hippos. (The kiddos current favorite)

Seth


The goofball/Nerd that I can't do life without. When he's not helping me run the business side of things, or second shooting, he is working on his own career as a Senior Scientist. He received his PhD from UNMC and is now working full time for Elanco.

Fun Fact from back in the day of 2012... Our first Christmas together as a married couple he purchased my first real camera. Once he found out my real dream was to become a photographer, he picked up extra shifts at work so he could surprise me with it. Seriously....the sweetest man I could ever dream of.

Adalyn

Our sweet stubborn Addy. She is a boss and knows it. Addy is shy but will still belt out a toon. She loves to sing and it is the sweetest thing that makes my mama heart melt. She also loves to take care of her baby brothers

Lachlan

Lach is our little goof ball. He's always being silly and loves getting a laugh. He was diagnosed with Autism a while back, but that doesn't stop him from accomplishing his goals, I am so proud of him! This boy has energy like his big sis Ev, and can be found zooming around the house with his cars.

Evelyn

The Social Butterfly. Ev loves to meet new friends and has no fear making them. She likes to lead the pack and can be found dancing about with all that energy she somehow stores in that tiny little body.

Daelan

Dae the tank. No seriously, he can probably knock you over. We won't have to worry about his older siblings ganging up on him, he can handle his own. This little guy loves big brother and can usually be found playing by his side with cars and trains.

Where it all started


I first found love for photography in college while earning my Studio Art degree where I began my journey in mastering composition, lighting, and editing. I find photography is such a gratifying artform. I love that pictures can capture a mood, a memory, tell your story. They aid us in reliving some of our most life-changing days and remember some of the ordinary ones, the ones which fly away all too quickly. If you have small children you know exactly what I mean! As your photographer my goal is to capture these beautiful moments, the big and the small, for you to look back and remember for years to come.
